Salmon croquettes recipe

Salmon croquettes recipe for a main entree try this tempting recipe to spice up your meals!

1 3/4 c flaked salmon

1 tsp lemon juice

1 c thick white sauce

Bread crumbs

1 egg, beaten

1 tbsp water

Salt to taste

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Fat for frying

Salt according to taste and add a few grains cayenne pepper. Add the sauce to salmon and season; cool. Shape in croquettes. Dip in bread crumbs, then dip into egg with has been beaten until light (put egg in pie pan and then add 1 tbsp water), then in crumbs again. Fry in deep, hot fat until brown. Drain on brown paper.
