1 lb ground beef
1 med onion, chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
1 small can mushrooms
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 clove garlic, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp worcestshire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small bottle stuffed olives
1 pkg medium noodles
Grated cheddar cheese
Brown meat, pepper, and onion. season with garlic; cook a few minutes. Add celery, mushrooms, and soups. Season with worcestshire, salt and pepper. Boil noodles; drain and mix all together. Add small bottle of stuffed olives. Spread in a baking dish. If not juicy enough, add tomato juice. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover with grated cheese and heat until the cheese melts. Yields 8-10 servings.
