2 c flour
1 1/2 c sugar
2 tsp soda
1 pinch salt
2 eggs
1 can fruit cocktail
Cream together sugar and eggs. Mix dry ingredients together and add to sugar mixture. Blend in fruit cocktail can. Bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees.
ICING:
1/2 c butter
1 c sugar
1/2 c milk
1 c coconut
1 tsp vanilla
Mix above and boil 2 minutes. Spread on warm cake.
